PacMan Scene Recreate on Console | Blender

As a Pacman game, I decided to create a scene for this game in 3D. It's just a personal project to develop my skill. I created this file when I started learning blender. So, I do not have that much knowledge of optimization-related stuff. So the polycounts of the project might be higher.
